The Egyptian Room rocked Tuesday night as The Offspring entertained the crowd with one crowd favorite after another. The crowd moshed, body surfed, and stage dove (a security guard even got in on the fun) throughout the whole show enjoying every minute. Plain and simple it was a great show! I've been waiting since there last album was released for announcement that The Offspring would be coming to town and I wasn't disappointed. I hope they come back again real soon.
A band called Voodoo Glow Skulls was one of two opening bands on this night (the other was very forgettable) and I think I'll have to track down one of their CD's. They did a really good job of getting the crowd ready for the main group, while displaying their unique sound. If you have an opportunity to check out the VGS it would be well worth checking out.
